From the first installation in 1985 to the new BRZ Evolution generation, the story of expertise passed down and enriched.

1985

First generation — Brousse BR1 type hatches

Installation of the first Brousse BR1 type hatches on Airbus sites. Part of this historic fleet is still in operation today and undergoes regular retrofit work.

2012

Next-generation R&D

Research and trials on new products that are more manageable, safer and compatible with legacy hatches on Airbus sites. Installation of a prototype in humid conditions.

2013

Creation of BRZ Services

First order and creation of BRZ Services, dedicated to renovation. Over 100 pits renovated on the outdoor aprons of the A380 site.

2014

Renovation of the Airbus Toulouse / Colomiers / Blagnac park

Selected to renovate the Airbus park. Over 100 pits renovated per year ever since, with ENGIE handling maintenance.

2019 – 2020

Beluga XL, A320 Neo, Military & industry

40 hatches for the Beluga XL (RAZEL/MAS) · 24 hatches for 2 A320 Neo halls (GTM) · 27 900-kN hatches for the Army in Pau (SEG FAYAT) · 27 900-kN hatches for Guignard SA · Châteauroux hall.

2022

FAL 321 — JJL site

Hatches for the FAL 321 (GBMP/PITEL) and continued maintenance and improvement operations on Airbus sites with ENGIE.

90+ hatches on outdoor aprons & L35 rehabilitation

Over 90 hatches on outdoor aprons (MALET/PITEL at JLL) · L35 rehabilitation and new pits with EIFFAGE · Retrofit with ENGIE.
